Verification of the authenticity of your account by Lardi-Trans
General rules for Profile verification
Registration and/or use of an account implies your understanding that we can verify the data we have about your Firm (received from you as well as from other legal sources) with the data you have specified in your account. We have the right to make decisions about the validity of your account on the basis of these verifications. Moreover, we intend to mark in a special way accounts that meet the authenticity requirements according to the special verification criteria (hereinafter — "Profile verification").
Profile verification implies our public acknowledgement of the authenticity of your account, for the information of your current or potential partners. By verifying the User's profile, we do not vouch for the quality of freight transportation services provided by the Firm and/or the solvency of the Firm as a customer of freight transportation (to assess business reliability/effectiveness of work with a Firm, the site provides its users with the service "Opinions"). However, by verifying a profile, we indicate the reliability of key data specified in the Firm's account.
Profile verification is a free of charge Service but it is performed automatically by default on the basis of information about your payment for the paid Lardi-Trans Services.
If for any reason, while meeting the conditions of automatic Profile verification, you wish to refuse the status of successful Profile verification for your account, please notify us by sending a message to [email protected].
If your payment details for some bona fide reasons do not match the data in your account, or if you have not yet had time to experience the benefits of paid Lardi-Trans Services — you still have the opportunity to pass Profile verification by sending us some documents (see below "Paper Profile verification").
Successful Profile verification do not absolve you of responsibility for the authenticity of your account which is applicable to all Users by default. The corresponding User obligations and possible consequences of registering and/or using of a fake account are described in section 4 of the main text of the User Agreement.
We do not set specific restrictions on any dates and/or time frames associated with the effect of your status of successful Profile verification. The authenticity of your account sometime after passing Profile verification is the subject of reasonable concern for you and your counterparties. You have the right to update your data at any time by going through the Profile Verification procedure in any convenient way described below.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if on the basis of Profile verification, we provide you with an additional point in the Reliability rating and/or with the right to place opinions, these privileges will also be valid without special time restrictions and sometime after passing your Profile verification — the subject of our reasonable concern.
We reserve the right for additional verifications of the accuracy of the data associated with your account in particular the validity of your Firm registration as well as the correspondence of the name and registration (identification, tax) code (number) of your Firm in the available official sources. Also we reserve the right to refuse you the Profile verification or subsequently to cancel your status in case of detection of any discrepancies.
The grounds for refusing to provide and the grounds for cancelling the status of successful Profile verification are (without prejudice to the fact that the corresponding violations also constitute grounds for account blocking):
The Profile verification suggests that the verified data from your account should not be changed without additional confirmation for the validity of your status of successful Profile verification. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to do the following:

Profile verification by making a control payment
To pass Profile verification, you need:
Profile verification is considered successful if
correspond to your data in the official state register of the country of your registration, as well as to the data declared in your account.
If at least one of the required elements contained in the details of the payer (sender of the payment) does not match your data in the official state register of the country of your registration and stated in your account, we reserve the right to refuse you to verify your profile. For residents of some countries, in which one of your details may not be indicated when making a payment, it is allowed to be omitted (except for your name). In this case, we will study more carefully details that you specified when making a control payment, and in case of complete coincidence with the data contained in the official state register of the country of your registration and with the data indicated in your account, the verification of your profile will be considered successfully completed.
If the Profile verification is successful, we add special visual designations on the Site's pages associated with your account, notifying everybody (this information can be seen by paid Users) of the date of the last verification of your information and the date of last payment which is the basis for such verification.
The first Profile verification is done automatically, usually within 5 business days after we receive your payment. If during the specified period you do not receive any notifications about successful Profile verification and/or a special mark has not appeared on your account page, please contact the Support service in any convenient way to find out the reason.
If you would like to update the date of your account verification after you make a later payment for the Services, please contact the Support service to pass the Profile verification again.
Document-based Profile verification
To pass document-based Profile verification you need to send us original or (in some cases) notarized copy of the document that certifies your Firm's registration and that exclusively belongs to your Firm (certificates, extracts from the relevant register under the laws of the country of your Firm’s residency; we also reserve the right, as a condition of Profile verification, to request references to the law of your country in case of doubt). In particular:
The document should contain your unique handwritten Lardi-Trans User ID, certified by your handwritten signature with the indication of the date as well as the name and position of the signatory.
The document-based Profile verification is considered to be successful if the name and corresponding code (number) of your Firm that are specified in your documents correspond to those stated in your account.
If the document-based Profile verification is successful, we will add special visual designations on the Site's pages associated with your account notifying everybody (this information can be seen by paid Users) of the following information about the documents you sent us: type (name) of the document; date of the document; date of the notarized copy (if applicable), date of data verification.
All the general rules for Profile verification, set out above, are applied to the document-based Profile verification, insofar as they are applicable for this type of Profile verification.
Profile verification using electronic digital signature
Verification of the User's profile on the Site using an electronic digital signature (hereinafter referred to as "EDS") is available only for legal entities or inpidual entrepreneurs, in countries where the current legislation provides for the possibility of using EDS. Receiving an EDS, which is equivalent to a person's handwritten signature, is carried out in an accredited key certification center, which is authorized to issue EDS keys.
In this case, the EDS must meet the following criteria:
To receive the Profile Verification, the account must contain the code of the legal entity or inpidual entrepreneur. If the code in the User's account matches the code in the EDS key, then the verification of your profile will be considered successful and the profile will get a "Profile verified" sign.
The formula for calculating points of User's account in the Reliability rating
User's account points in Reliability rating are calculated as the sum total of all points of the following criteria:
Positive opinions for the last 24 months and negative for the last 36 months are included in the calculation, the maximum value is 10 points. International transportations are accounted with an upward coefficient (x1.5), regardless of whether the opinion is positive or negative.
|Carrier with GPS||
The carrier (with a confirmed vehicle fleet) who uses SmartGPS (https://gps.lardi-trans.com/) to track vehicles and is ready to provide the shipper with a link for tracking the freight, receives +0.5 point to the Rating.
|Claims||Minus 0.25 points of the Reliability rating for each unresolved claim (regardless of the date of its creation).|
|Profile is verified||
The profile is verified upon receipt of the payment from the business account of the firm or upon receipt of notarized copies of the documents. The maximum value: 2.0 points.

When multiple User accounts have the same score they are ranked by special formula using Wilson confidence interval to account for both the proportion of positive opinions as well as total number of opinions received.
Your right to post opinions and claims
You are given the opportunity to post opinions and claims to other Firms (corresponding accounts) upon meeting the following conditions:
1. using a paid package of Services; and
2. one of the following:
